Fader pack failure!!Help Digi

After a short time of fuctioning fader pack freaks out!!.All the leds and faders fuctioning like crazy!!When you switch it off and power again it works for an hour and then the same problem again!Any ideas to fix this??

I'll bet you're having the same problem I had, although mine was with the main section. All of a sudden you see chineese characters scrolling across and it goes nuts. Then it resets and is fine for awhile? Well, the problem is probably in the power supply. Those capacitors dry up after a few years and once the system starts seeing funky power, all hell breaks loose. I luckily had another ProControl, so I swapped power supplies. Solved the problem. So now I'm recapping the old one, and I'm sure that will fix it. Not hard to do.
