Default How Do I Sync Midi Tracks and Audio Tracks

I've been using Pro Tools for just 2 months. Sometime I have hard time to sync my recorded audio drums with my midi tracks.
What is the best way to do it?
I use identify beat in the EDIT tab but it seems it doesn't work.
I also highlight the AUDIO DRUM part and I snap the time back and forward in order to sync.
Is there another way to do it?

Ciao,
Antonio Tarantino
