HELP, Can't Find Pro Tools Download on my Avid Account

Hi, I have Pro tools 11 currently installed on a lap top.

I am now switching to a PC i recently built and would like to download my Pro Tools 11 to it.

When I go to my avid account, and click on my products, the license and option to download does not show up.

However, when i plug my i lok into my new PC it shows the pro tools 11 bundle.

any ideas of why pro tools isnt appearing in my avid account?

You did register PT when you purchased it right? Just because you have the license asset on your iLok doesn't mean much other than you have the needed authorization to run the program. Did you expand the reveal arrow in your account to see the products you have?

Once you get the download I'd suggest saving it off to a safe place so should you ever need to reinstall PT you'll have it. This goes for both the Mac and Windows version. And don't forget the plugins download - it's a separate d/l IIRC.

I am also having an issue downloading Pro Tools 11. Everything has been registered, but there is no download button on my AVID account. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

No account with your DUC email, but I found an account using your domain and there's a Pro Tools 11.0 listed in products - click that then VIEW Software Download Links & Product Details to see the available installers. I can get a support case going to communicate account info if needed (best not to post that in public).
