Default Plugs on ilok - Won’t Authorize

Hey all!

We’ve built up an HD10 system again and having issues with a few plugs not authorizing, even though they’re on an iLok2. HEAT, Trigger2, X-form and a few others. What exactly am I doing wrong? I know these worked in the past…

Any help much appreciated!
Sig

It's an iLok2, which should work? Like mentioned before, I know these have worked on another system so I don't get it...?

Unknstall/reinstall ILM?

What OS is this?

Do you need deprecated iLok drivers?

It's the last version of Mavericks...I did uninstall and reinstall the last version of ILM that works on this OS, still no luck...?

Many of the later versions of iLok didn't come with the Interlok Extensions installer because of some Apple dispute with security, they say...so I'm super confused as to what version to install, what to uninstall...the iLok installer does not install the extensions.

Anyone else know what's up here?

Hmmmm there might be a damaged iLok here...I just stuck in our main iLok that has all these same licences and there's no issue, all working...

I've ordered a new iLok3 just to see if we can salvage these...very odd.

So, the new iLok did not work...same issues with those plugins.

Why does my personal iLok work and not these secondary licenses? Trigger2, HEAT, Xform...all not working but they work fine when I stick my own personal iLok in...

None of this makes any sense. They've made some changes that no one knows about...so stupid.

Can individual licenses be corrupt on an iLok? Is that thing?

Is it possibly not compatible with iLok 3? I thought the 3 was built on the same encryption as 2, but if it isn’t, do you for a fact know the iLok 3 will work that far back?

I can't think of why this would happen but I would try swapping the licenses on the different iLoks and see what happens (well if they are in the same account).

Well, it wasn’t working on the 2 which is why I got the 3.

The odd thing is, my main iLok is a 3 and those licenses will work on that system…something off for sure.
