PT 11.3.0 Video Engine not launching

Hello,

All of a sudden the video engine hangs on initialisation, I can't get it to launch at all.

Have tried reinstall, deleting prefs etc, repairing permissions etc..

To no luck.

I'm in the middle of a Video Post job currently, so this is very annoying.

I have searched around for answers, there are people with the same issue but none have given a resolution.

If anyone has experienced this please let me know,

I just installed PT 11.3 over Yosemite. I tried loading up some recent sessions with audio and video. The audio is fine, but the video track doesn't have any frames in it. I tried this with a few other sessions -- same thing. I made sure to download 83829.DMG to avoid video engine problems. Any idea what's going on?
