Some of the best textures (airy but not brittle high end) and full bandwidth (good sub 150 cycle frequencies) mixing I've heard come out of the 001.

Great use of the spectrum of Freqs. The bass is full and pumping, vox sound great...good job.

I am using Logic Audio with Digi-001 on a G4. Most plug-ins were the Logic plug-ins, and also a little bit of GRM tools plugs here and there. A lot of the sounds come from my Kurzweill K2vx. The rest is guitar and bass through a POD Pro, and voice through a SM58....see, nothing really fancy.

I'm pretty happy with my mix considering I don't have monitors and mixed on my stereo speakers [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

DOUBLE EDGE, I'm listening to "Stop Hating" now. I don't think there's too much reverb during the chorus. The vocals are pretty clear, the use of FX pretty smart.

I believe you could pump up those drums a notch. It sounds like a freakin' country-jazz player keeping the beat for $50/session....I mean, I know it's a drum machine, but it's much too tame for the style. Get some furious samples!

Good work overall though.
