Default zen go interface and pro tools

I bought an antelope zen go interface and everytime i bounce one of my mixes to the hard disk from pro tools it comes out sounding hollow and a little distorted with very little bass. this srtarted happening when i got my new interface.

what am i doing wrong n how do i fix it?
