Mbox Pro Playback Mbox Factory project error

Dear all,
We are having problem with Mbox Pro product as following:
- When open a project which record by Mbox Factory or Mbox Digirack 3, the sound have distortion when playback over headphone, speaker. We tried with another Mbox Pro, it still ok.
- Product is still ok when make a new project.
Coul you help us fix this error?
