Pro Tools 10 software - Authentication Error

We recently purchased PT 10, Installed everything from scratch:
- fresh Win 7 Professional
- Pro Tools 10 + Avid Virtual Instruments
- iLok latest drivers + ILok Client Software

Downloaded my new license onto my iLok (Pro Tools 10) - everything went smooth, rebooted and tried to launch PT.

I was prompted with this message:

Error, missing iLok authorization for "Pro Tools 10".
Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools.

Appreciate any help regarding this, i checked the site there no customer support email, we just purchased this software.

I had this very same issue. Following the optimization list that avid gives totally solved it for me.

Start by logging into your iLok account, with the iLok connected to your internet machine, and check that the PT10 asset is found on your iLok(until that's in place, nothing else matters).
