Keyboard shortcut stop working

Hi
After recording for about 3 hours my favorite shortcut (pauserecord = CTRL+Start+spacebar) suddenly stops working. It simply has no effect pressing aforementioned keys. Rebooting sorts it out. This has now happened twice - hmmm...a bug in 6.4 ?????
