what is going on? no sign of any license for me. I was hoping to get all these installations done before this weekend is over.

my reseller is saying they're trying.

No date being mentioned! Is this something that complicated to make it happen?

There was an email sent to us saying it's there on the 13th and still nothing.

And now my PT standard installer(that comes with carbon) is nowhere to be found on my account!

It's getting challenging on my end to keep calm about this. There's even dudes who resorted to poetry.....what is going on????

As a career project manager this cryptic deal reminds me of forecasting / actuals / accruals accounting finesse to hit shareholder targets (count hardware sales this quarter and take the hit on the free stuff in early Q4, rinse & repeat with another shell game to dig out of that hole in Q4…if we receive licenses on 10/1 (post Q3), my suspicions will have been confirmed. Hope I’m wrong cuz I could really use those licenses and made decision to buy based on having them immediately).
