why machine control can't work in 6.0?????

i had recently upgraded my protool to ver6.0 (24MIX)but my machine control software didn't working anymore. First is i had to connect the 9-pin via modem port and USD connected to digi serial port. and each time i try to scurb my doremi...it just freezed over there. When i get my protools on line and sync with the video..the dialgoue box " cue machine error" keeping popping up. I had ask digidesign this question many time and they can't tell me any solution on it. If there any one knows why and how to make it work again. Thanksssssss : ) [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]
