Sonic difference between Mbox2 and Pro

Can someone from Digi jump in on this? I just bought the 2 about a month ago. Is there a noticeable improvement sonically (forget about the extra i/o, just want to know about the sonics) to warrant me ditching this and upgrading? Are there any sort of trade in amnesties for peeps that just bought the Mbox 2?
