Default Need Help Using ACID loops in PT LE

Greetings,

I am having problem getting an ACID loop to change tempo after I import into PT LE. The loops I am using is from Sony Media and I made sure the audio track is set to Tick. For whatever reason PT LE does not recognize the imported WAV as being an ACID WAV file. I only see one Region for that file instead of multiples.

Could someone give me a simple step-by-step process to making this work?
Can PT LE read key sig information in the ACID WAV files?

Thanks.

Before I get into the process, are you sure that it is indeed an ACIDized file? That the beats within have been properly sliced?

The Problem with many, many "ACID" files is that many of them aren't proper ACID files. An easy way to tell if it has been sliced is if Pro Tools creates multiple new regions when you import it.

Hmmm....well I am using a Sony Media ACID loop disk...but multiple regions are not showing up when I import an ACID WAV (that is a percussion loop)...I am doing a "copy file" from the import screen....should I be copying regions?
