Default Problem Opening Session Template/Stationery Pad

When I open a session saved as a stationery pad, Pro Tools no longer gives me the option of editing the template or starting a new session. It continues to just copy the session every time I click it. So I no longer have a template. Is this something new with 7 ? Is there something checked in a preference box somewhere? If so I can't find it. What the heck is going on?
