Not sure exactly what you mean, but no, I've never seen DVTK2 or CPTK give additional usage readings that note the Blackmagic card on your PCI bus. The Blackmagic card is very reliable and easy to use, you won't have a PCI problem on a qualified Mac.

The reading that tookit users really need is total voices used. We have it on PTHD, and we need it on PTLE/CPTK.

I think maybe what you're asking is... will the option to 'send out via Blackmagic' show up in the options window if you buy DV toolkit?

Not sure... I have a feeling that it's just a function of buying the card and installing the software... PT becomes aware of the card once it's installed.. at least it was that way on my machine.

Remember though, that if you're working to picture... you kinda owe it to yourself to have a timecode ruler <- DV or CPTK
