Default Where\'s My Rewire?

Since installing PTLE 7.3.1cs1 on my Dual 2Ghz G5 Rewire isn't available in the plugins menu - which means I can't run Reason. I confirmed that both plugins are installed in the Plugins folder, and there are no warnings/errors during PT startup.

Any suggestions?

There is no ReWire plug-in. When you launch Reason, ReWire works.

Not according to Reason tech supprt. And even if... why isn't Rewire available in the plugins menu?

You should see Reason or Reason Adapted (depending on which version you have installed) in the plug-ins Instrument menu, not 'ReWire'.

If you don't see them, have you tried reinstalling?

Which one do you have and which version (2.5? 3.0.x?) are you trying to use?

Reason does not appear in the plugins menu.

Reistalled twice. Trashed prefs, etc...

I'm using 2.5

I have the same problem on a MacBook Pro 15" dual Intel 2.16gig using Reason 3. Funny thing is - I have exactly the same configuration on my G5 dual 2gig and Reason is there. This isn't an Intel issue is it? I've checked to see that all the files are there that should be and they are (exactly the same files on both Macs, in the same places). Confusing.

Torque, do you have Reason 3.0 or 3.05??? Intel Chip needs 3.05.

I know Pro Tools 7 or higher was only tested with Reason 3.0 or higher, so very likely 2.5 isn't going to work.
