Hey DTS .......8 days without any news about my problem....last time you said
that youre having a lot of work with the last version but i have at least a year or more
with this problem . Cant anyone there take a look to the email with my sisreport and problem ?

I'm sorry to say I was the former DTS that was laid off, so I don't have access to any of the info you sent me any longer (it was on my work computer).

If you don't hear back from someone at Avid in the next few days, post a reply here and I'll see what I can do to help you myself.

Hi RTFM or DTS !

Nothing ? Now my problem have been submited by other users
to ideascale bugs and i didnt receive any help yet .. 12 days waiting and all
my system specs and error description were sent to the email . Maybe i start a new post
with all the info public again ..what do you think ?

That's pretty funny sad but pretty funny.
The former DTS, mr RTFM has been thanked for his work and since the new DTS has to handle a zillion questions and doesn't respond, everybody expects RTFM to look into it and i really think he even feels obliged too.

Don't fix what ain't broken.
Not being negative, just a funny observation.

I think you might want to read the entire posts before to make a comment
because it doesnt seem like that . Or youre not reading well . This post is kept alive for one personal reason ....altought is on THEIR words to help that i keep it here . If they doesnt help for whatever reason is up to them . My point was made and thats what matter ...
So might want to see all my related post to this to see what i mean ...after all i never saw a chicken with glases..jejejeje .

Give me several days to look into it - I've got a huge load of things on my plate, including looking for work, but I'll get to it and help in any way I can.
