Omni Firmware Update - digitest not detecting Omni

Hi there,

I'm trying to update my Omni firmware via Digitest. For some reason I can only see my Native unit detected in digitest.. the Omni doesn't even show up. I've reset the omni and done various power cycling combinations to try and force digitest to detect but no luck.

If anyone had any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
