All visible licenses expired
"All visible licenses are expired" or something like that. Subscription is paid up, I updated iLok. Maybe a problem with Sound Reference ID?? Can't access ProTools to find out.

Everything is up to date. I paid for tech phone support but every time I call I get the same recorded message.... my plan does not include phone support... which I paid over $40 for. I've reached out to friends that are somewhat knowledgeable about PT but no one can figure it out. I have a lot of work to get done. Very frustrating.

All visible licenses expired
Suddenly getting an error when starting Pro Tools that "All visible licenses expired". I updated my iLok manager, it sees my iLok and my licenses, but Avid does not. I did not do anything to my system or PT install so not sure what happened.
I've seen this pop up a few times here, and seems fairly common, but nothing I've tried works to fix. Any further thoughts on what to look at? |

"Avid does not" You mean Pro Tools?
You are using a physical iLok? Not iLok cloud? System info? And what exactly have you tried to fix this (so other users here don't waste time suggesting the same stuff) When it happens before what do you do? It eventually just goes away? Exactly what licenses do you have? What exactly show up in ILM? |

In iLok License Manager... Close Your Cloud Session then either (a) Open Your Cloud Session or (b) activate the licenses to your iLok2. I see you have a support case open as well so please watch for a case update email...

Is there an available fix for this. I have submitted a ticket, but still don't follow how this issue just came up.

Thanks all for the tips. Sorry for the lack of details, I thought it was just a normal thing that happens and there would be a quick fix.
I fixed it by doing the following 1. Reinstalled Avid Link 2. Logged out and back in to Avid Link 3. Updated iLok Manager 4. Logged out and back in to iLok Manager Somehow that worked. |

Great you got sorted out... but were you actually using an iLok or was the license in the cloud? (even if you have an iLok plugged in).
The license can only be int he iLok Cloud or the iLok dongle not both at once. Asking because the error seemed more like a Cloud error to me.. and I assume jeffro as well. |
