Default Digi 001 Connector Cable

Hi, I recently lost my connector cable in a move for th 001 to PCI card Doh! Could anyone tell me what kind of cable it is.

I think its a type of SCSI cable but I dont know if its type I II or III. And I dont know what gender i need to connect. I have looked all over and am at a loss. Hope someone can tell me the serial number or the code or the type of cable i need.

Protools rocks

Cheers

Alan

It's available in the Avid store.

Also... from the Best Desktops thread:

Need A Longer Cable for Digi001?

The Digi001 I/O cable has a rare SCSI-2 connector known as a "micro-centronics 50" (sometimes called a "mini-centronics" or a "HPCN50"). Contact CS Electronics at (949) 475-9100, or www.cselex.com or [email protected]. Thanks to our friend English Jim for the great find.

I know this is old as time, but I've been looking for the same reason (got a Digi001 with a missing cable)

I'm trying to run 2 computers with digi001. So I looked on this site, but can't find a HPCN50 anywhere?

Is this a problem many are facing these days? I know this is old technology.

Wow, I'm surprised they still sell it. I figured they would say "So sorry, fresh out. Can I interest you in a 003?"
