There isn't a key command. There is a menu selection under Movie menu > Import Movie . . .

You need a macro program like Quickeys to assign a key command to it.

you don't need a macro program to do this!
just do the following (this only applies to MAC OSX):

-go to system preferences
-click on "keyboard & mouse"
-go to "keyboard shortcuts"
-hit the button "turn on full keyboard acces"
-hit the "+" key
-select Pro Tools as application
-in "Menu Title" enter the desired menu as it appears exactly
in the Pro Tools menu bar (in this case: "Import Movie...")
-now in "Keyboard Shortcut" enter the desired key command
-voila, you're there !

after doing this the shortcut will even appear in the Pro Tools menu bar, but
be careful not to use existing key commands for they will be overwritten by
this procedere

hope this helps

I stand corrected!

But I do believe if you want to do serious key sequencing you will need to look into a third party macro utility.

Just to clarify further, this only works in OS 10.3.X. Jaguar users are out of luck.

Peace,
Greg
