When I used Evercast, it dropped out all of the time. Though this may have been their older version. The compression on the audio was noticeable though.
I heard there was a newer version that worked better.

Pac Post worked better and the audio compression sounded closer to the stage playback.
Less drop outs.

Clearview works well.

Having used every product out there, Clearview has been the most consistent performer and thusly quite expensive. I've been using it almost daily for about two years, and I'm rather pleased with the performance. Of the 2-3 tests I ran with Source Live LL, it performed admirably. However, I feel that any solely software-based solution will run into more buffering issues than those with a hardware component (like Clearview).

I switched from Evercast to Sohonet Clearview Flex about 18 months ago. The reason was Evecast had loads of dropouts and it really put the load on peoples computers who were watching remotely. Clearview Flex while it is more expensive it works flawlessly. We use it in combination with Zoom for communicating to the viewers and not only am I happy but the clients are very happy.

Just to provide an alternative, we use Quicklink which is a a dedicated hardware box with a lot of success for some years now.
