Default Locating around timeline

HI
Is there a quick elegant way (without using a mouse) of locating to the head of the timeline.?

Is there a way of locating to a specific timecode by entering in a position location and playing from there?

Cheers

peter

Hit "Return."

On the numeric keypad, hit "*" and punch in your TC location. While you're there, you can also use the "/" key to tab through the fileds in the counter i.e. Start, End, Length. In post, we use this feature to conform audio sessions to picture changes based on a change note.

Yes, use either the Selecton Indicator fields or Memory Locations.
