Default Hardware Setup with 192's and Latest Version of Ultimate

Hey all!

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but we used to mix and match 192's with various analog cards in an entire system and had no problem using all that IO for hardware inserts during mixing. I've noticed now, that with a Native thunderbolt box and the 192's that this no longer works...something seems to have changed with the layout and they no longer match up to work as hardware inserts...at least, beyond the first 3-8 channels (1 and 2 being our main outs)...

Is this the reason everyone jumped on 16x16 HD IO's? I know for sure it worked on our older Accel rigs as we used them this way for many many years...

If it's the case, then we'll find 4 x 16 IO's...but I just need some clarification here.

Thanks!
Sig

I had a similar issue... deleting prefs fixed it. Did you try that ?
