Default Best sample rate converter 2024?

I did a project at 48kHz. I need it down to 44.1kHz.
What is the best sample converter there is?
Cost is not an issue.

I hate to say this, but Cubase 10 or later is as good as it gets. Cleaner than PT.

SRC comparison (you can compare a lot)
https://src.infinitewave.ca/

I find izotope RX’s one of the best. Especially since you can adjust the LPF for both frequency and steepness.

Cubase 10 and later uses SoX SRC. SoX is free if you don't mind using command line.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SoX
You can even create a batch converter. No need for Cubase.

Ohh, those SoX .txts were massive text files/"Manuals"...
I am not afraid of using Terminal...but too many options with SoX I guess...
Will give it a read...
