Transfer of Ownership
Hi. I just bought a Mbox 2 Pro from a person I know and last friday I send to Avid the communication for Transfer of Ownership; I opened a case in the support section and I made exactly what's required here : http://www.avid.com/US/support/transfer/audio.
It's tuesday and I still haven't received anything by Avid, and I tried to find something about the hardware I purchased in 'Your products' page in 'account.avid.com', but nothing's there. Please, somebody can tell me what shall I do now? What's the average time of Transfer of Ownership's processing? Will I receive some email from Avid, and (most important) where will I find something on Avid's account site about the hardware I just bought? Thanks !

I had filed a support question last week and they just got back to me. The apologized for the long response time and said they had a lot of emails about pro tools 9. Just give it some time
|
