Problems with euro-digistore

I am trying to update my Music Production Toolkit to V2 but the digistore keeps refusing my VAT number. Here is the error:

Your VAT number is invalid. Please do not enter any spaces in your VAT registration number between letters and numbers. If your VAT registration number is failing right now, please contact us using our webform straight away.

The link to webform leads to "Thank you for shopping with us" screen.
No reply from webstore support team to my email about this. I know for sure my VAT number is correct.

I still cannot buy form digistore and use my VAT number and there is still no reply form customer support. Is there a phone line for European customers I could use?

I want to buy but the shop is not working. I get no replys to my emails to customer support. Digi what's up?

You can verify you've got a valid VAT number at (yes I know you know you have already but this site can be handy!):

You are putting the two letter country code at the beginning? Estonia is EE not ES (that's Spain).

Sorry if any of this is obvious or known to you already but just trying to suggest things! I've had trouble with this before myself, I think on one purchase I just had to reclaim the VAT later. I don't know why they have so much trouble with it.

Are you sure you put it right? I mean, there's also a country code in the full VAT code, but the country is naturally omitted when you do business solely within your own country.

For example, in Finland we put in something like this: 1234567-8, but in reality the VAT code should be FI12345678, with country code and without the dash.

Is that your problem?

Yes, I did try all the options.. and I know the correct number version. Did try it with or without country code. There might be a problem with Ü letter in a company name, but I did try the different options instead Ü (U and UE). Would really like to hear from digi support.

Joo mä koetin kaikkia vaihtoehtoja... Mun yhtiön nimi on Sinusoid OÜ, eli Sinusoid Osaühing (osakeyhtiö). Juuri ostin saksasta Melodynen ja niiden sivulla oli myös ongelmia, mutta ne selvitti sen nopeasti. Piti kirjoitaa Sinusoid Osauehing kun niillä ei ole myös Ü kirjainta ja sen tilalle tule 'ue. Koetin kaikki versiot mitä tietän.. osauhing, osauehing ei mitään.. vähän vitutaa kun digin customer support ei ole antanut mitään palautetta kuukauteen
