help
I am running windows 10 with the following.
Digidesign Control 24 focusrite Avid i/0 8x8x8 HDX card Pro Tools 2021. I am able to record and save which tells me I'm going from my keyboard to control 24 to the i/o to the computer via the HDX card in pro tools but I am not getting sound. I have a 25 DBpin connector to 8 xlr and i've sent two to my external krk studio monitors. When I installed the card windows found it but is there software that i should be loading into windows to get sound? thanks Tom

I don't think DigiDesign C24 is supported any longer, but its analog parts should not be affected even if the control surface itself is not working. So your problem is somewhere else, not the console.
Hit "default" on all pages of i/o setup and see what happens.
