TL Mastermeter doesn't work

I haven't used TL Mastermeter (version 8.0.0.314) in a while, and it doesn't work now. The meters are just locked up, there is no movement. I am using Pro Tools 8.1 HD2 (Windows XP). Is this version of Mastermeter compatible with PT 8.1? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
