Default PT 7.2 - phones level not stable after talkback

We have a D-command 24 controller with Pro Tools 7.2 installed on an Intel Mac Pro with OS X tiger. theres an issue with our system which has been raised even in this forum before but we are unable to find any resolution for it whatsoever. The forum link has been pasted below for your reference:

http://duc.digidesign.com/showflat.p...fpart=1#875573

also, we've heard that this could be a firmware issue with the XMON but not certain.

Can someone pass over any info regarding this issue pls???

Dear Hameed,

I would advise you either contact your reseller, who in turn can work with Digidesign on your behalf. Or, contact you local Digidesign support department so that they can work with you this issue.

Yours sincerely,
