Default Problems with HD native and MacMini M1
hey guys
not sure if this is even working yet.. I tried to connect our new Mac mini M1 to our HD native System and I wasn't able to select HD native in the pulldown menu of my audio devices.. any idea what I can do?

thx for the help



My Setup
Protools 2021.7 Ultimate
HD native standalone Interface
Mac mini Big Sur 11.6

HD drivers require at least macOS 11.2.3 and PT 2021.10

No problem. Just a word of caution, be sure to update to latest Big Sur and DO NOT YET upgrade to Monterey. It is a disaster currently.

I just realised that I have 11.6 installed not 10.6

Yes, I think 11.6.1 is the latest Big Sur. Update to that version but not yet to 12.0 as it is a total havoc. However you need to update your PT version.

I just did 11.6. and protools 2020.10.. still not working - I'll try to find 11.6.1

Remember to install your HD drivers from the 2021.10 installer, otherwise it has not been updated. Do this every time you update PT

I did.. both protools 2021.10 and HD driver 2021.10
