TriLevel?

So I have an HD2 system. I don't have a Synch HD.
I'm currently set up to black burst.
I'm starting to do more HD laybacks. Up until this upcoming one they have been at
29.97 non drop.
This next one will be at 23.976.
Do I need a Trilevel generator and a Synch HD to do the llayback?

Well, I bit the bullet and upgraded my sych system.
I exchanged my Synch I/o for the HD model and purchased an Aja Gen10 Tri Level Generator.
I figure that with all of the uncertainties with renting a deck, at least I'll know I'm prepared for anything
on that front.
