Avid Control Desktop Black Screen

Every time I try to run Control Desktop, I get a Black screen. The only time something appears is in the black area of the screen where the control desktop application is when it displays that there is no network connection. Otherwise, there is only a black screen.

I have tried some of the methods that I searched, such as updating my video driver but nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

No! I have not attached it to an S1. I am using the Avid Control App Android download for my tablet. My Tablet is a SKY Elite T8Plus, if that helps.

Your post says Avid Control Desktop? If this is Avid Control Android...do you see it in EuControl on the surfaces tab? Not both the phone and computer need to be on the same network.

The Avid Control on my tablet only displays the blank mixer, track, meter, etc, and nothing else. The only other functionality is the settings icon which only contains options for the mixer, track...

Even after I connect it to my home Wi-Fi, there are no additional functions or icons that are enabled.

I wonder if this is just a question of the tablet not being enabled in the eucontrol settings on your computer. Surfaces tab.

Is there something else that I needed to download? Everything that I have downloaded so far does absolutely nothing. I can not even open Eucon or get any type of feedback from any of the applications that would give me any information to relay.

I might try downloading Eucon again and come back with more details if I can.

You need the EUCON Workstation Unified Installer 22.12.1. (for Mac or Windows) Run it and select the top checkbox only to install EuControl. Restart your machine and EuControl should run automatically. There should be an icon in the top right notification bar for Mac or bottom left for windows. Open EuControl from there and look at the Surfaces tab.
