Problem using kontakt instruments :

If this is in the wrong forum please delete. I bought a banjo instrument from kontakt, I have not used it in a year or so. I reinstalled /Re registered The instrument , Play it will not Play on contact Because of this Message. I can't find this code anywhere.... If someone could kindly point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it...... Thanks any advance.

It's asking you for the serial number/registration code, which should have been emailed to you. Check your old emails, and if that fails contact the developer: Realitone.

I got the Instrument from plug in boutique. I have the registration/ sereal number , But I do not have the number code. The email is long gone , but I will contact Plug in boutique to see where I can get the code number. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.
