Eucon Trim mode bug?

Hi all,

I´ve been running into a very strange problem.

I have an S3 combined with an Avid Dock+Avid Control on iPad.

When hitting the "Rec" button on either console the track in question scrolls through the automation modes as expected.

However, if I pre the trim selection button on the Dock or softkeys on the S3
(I´ve set them up as automation mode selectors), both the "Sel" and "Rec" buttons on each channel will engage or disengage Trim mode.

The "Sel" button won´t function as a track selector anymore but seems to attention the track though.

It doesn´t matter if I hit any other automation mode button after that, the behaviour persists until I reset everything (full restart).

Steps taken;

I´ve updated to the latest version of Pro Tools (2022.12) and Eucon (2022.9).
I´ve trashed prefs
I´ve tried different sessions
Í´ve checked all settings that I can think of (Eucon and Preferences)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I´m on Apple Mac Mini M1 running Big Sur (11.7.1)
HDX2 with 2xHD I/O 16x16
Control surfaces are connected to a dedicated switch
Pro Tools version 2022.12 (also happened on 2022.10)
Eucon 2022.9

I´ve also made sure all surfaces are on current firmware/app version

Also on S3/Dock, I have Rec/Auto switch set to change automation modes, and when I'm in trim mode, hitting Rec cycles through automation modes as expected. So it may be a preference setting on your system.

Hard to tell in your video, are you entering trim mode with a single press of trim? I'm only able to enter trim mode by holding trim and then attentioning a track with select.

it looks like you do not have the setting "Automation mode buttons follow Dock track" checked.

If you do not have this button checked then you need to hold down the Dock automation control button while SEL the track. You can also change the automation parameters by tapping the REC button on the track if you have (Automation Mode/Record(+SHIFT) selected under the REC/Auto Switch pref.
