Issue with Activated Waves Plugins
I recently had a new system built, Win-11. I did clean installs of everything. I used the Waves Central installer and it easily downloaded, installed, and activated all of my Waves plugs. But, when I open Pro Tools, only about 1/2 of my Waves plugs show up in my plugin list. Makes no sense. I also wanted to use the Waves Cosmos app for finding samples. It too says it’s not activated on my system even though Waves Central shows that ALL my Waves plugs are activated on my system
I contacted the Waves tech support and started a case. But I just wondered if this had happened to anyone else? UPDATE: Waves got back to me and suggested I use the Waves Central installer and use the "Clean" function and then reinstall everything. So, I did that, and now all is well! No idea why it didn't work the first time...but, oh well!
