Default powermac august 2003+protools 6?

Hello

There is a bug with digi 001 and power mac (august 2003) but is protools 6 correcting this?

The issue was not a software issue, nor was it related to digidesign, so PT6 will have no effect whatsoever. It was a hardware problem on apple's side - if you have one of these machine AND are having trouble with your 001, you need to contact apple to have the motherboard replaced.

How can I know if my Power Mac is one of those which has this bugg ?

(serial number on mother board...)

There is no serial number or part number to tell the difference. You need to use it to find out. If it works, you're ok, if it doesn't, then get it fixed. It will not harm your hardware if it is one of the defective ones. If you got yours anytime in the past couple of months, you're probably fine. It was really just an issue with the initial shipment of the powermacs.
