Can you move between patches using keyboard shortcut?

Can you move between patches using keyboard shortcut?

I have a keyboards window set up with 8 different keyboard voices to use during a live performance. I want to be able to switch between the voices without having to use the trackpad and clicking the various voices. Does anyone know if we can arrow down the list somehow?
