Default are all update supposed to automatically show in my AVID account .

are all update automatically show in my AVID account .
Because mine don't. They used to for every instalment of PT prior to this.
I only have 10.1 and maybe 10.1.1 if there is such a thing but not 10.1.2 or later.
Iv had to search for every update since 10.1 they are not in my account at all. as of a day ago
