Here is another great option.

www.proaudiobus.com

Pro Audio Bus is great! You can have your clients create their own free account and link to your server. You can download all the files at once...And you can upload an entire PT session.

I love it.....

First of all a big thankyou for all the DUC members who have given suggestions re my question. I really appreciate the time and the ideas. The .mac looks like a great possibility for my situation as an example.

It's also worth mentioning I emailed yousendit tech support and they have clarified they don't do any kind of lossy compression so that was good to know.

You've kind of all restored my faith in this place as recently it just seems to have become a place just to moan about stuff

Once again big thanks to everyone

Cheers

Get Transmit. It's all built in, getting the info it needs from the OS. Then you simply select your iDisk from the Favorites menu. It makes the .mac service WAY more useful to me. I used to think it was Apple using crappy servers but it turns out it's the Finder that does a bad job of handling it.

Copied from Apple Discussions:

You cannot use Fetch, as iDisk does not use FTP but WebDav (a different protocol needed because of its ability to mount the iDisk on your desktop).

Transmit is an FTP and WebDav program which can also be used, and is faster at uploading than dragging files to the iDisk.
