Default Changing Buffer Size

I need to figure out how to change the buffer size on a firepod so it will work with protools 9. keep getting the msg , You audio device is configured with a unsupported audio beffer size. Please select one of the following buffer sizes in the device control panel. 32,64,128,256, and os on. when opening the control panel ther is only latency.

anyone know where or how to change so i can use this unit.

Hi,

You are not the only one dealing with this issue, I have a focusrite saffire 6 and I cant make it work I get the same message you got. I hope somebody knows how to solve this.

I solved it with ASIO4ALL ( http://www.asio4all.de - only for Windows).

Install it, and set PT to the ASIO4ALL driver.
Then, set a new path in I/O config (I named it Apogee), change the OUT on all channels with the new one, and you should be very happy
Note : buffer size should be the same in Pro Tools 9 -AND- in Asio4All ...
(asio4all control panel is only available from INSIDE your audio app)

Working fine with Rosetta 200 + X-Firewire card.
