Extra plugins with 199 support plan?

Just about to upgrade to 12.2 from 10/11 and notice on the Avid website all references to the extra plug-in bundle have vanished from the $199 option, though they still reference the free 12 plug-in. Then there's a separate option for upgrading to the additional plug-ins only. Can anyone confirm that the $199 upgrade option still comes with the additional plug-in bundle? And for non-HD upgrades is the bundle Space + stomp boxes (+12 until the end of the month)?
