Default Support Plan Query

Hello combined knowledge of the internet. I purchased the support plan at the end of December and I finally got around to upgrading, but when I logged into my account there was no info on my support plan. Same at ilok.com. What's the procedure for accessing your support plan?

Did my reseller screw up and not actually submit it? Haven't received any emails either.

Thanks for the help

Andrew

If you bought it through a dealer, you should contact them. If you bought it on the Avid site, you should contact registration/activation support by phone (which is free).

What should normally happen with this is that you would have gotten a support code that is useable over and over during the time period you bought it for.

And if this included a free ugprade to HD10 (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about) then you would get an activation code that you would register on the site, and that would automatically start the process of getting your ilok license, and getting the installer for 10 in your download account.

The Support Contract Number is not something that is deposited to your iLok.

You should have received an email from your reseller that has a 9 digit support contract number. If your reseller lost this, or if you lost it, AVID keeps track of it - it's a contract number associated with your iLok. You should contact your reseller to resend this to you.
