Hanging MIDI Notes in Digi VI\'s

I have beeen getting hanging notes of late since 7.1 and now 7.3cs1 but only on Digi VI's, Xpand and Hybrid particularly. I don't get the problem with B4II. I use a Digi002r and I also have an AMT-8. Both exhibit the problem.

I've done the preference trash shuffle but to know avail!

Any ideas
