First thing i want to say is I Know" I have an outdated version of pro tools in which it is a Pro Tools 8 Le For Windows 7 and when recently mixing down some vocals i tried to click on the polyphonic plugin and it said missing elastic audio Any Help With This Would Be Great!

Hi, welcome to the community.
You should have the Elastic Audio plugin on your plugins folder. If not, reinstall PT and try again.
