My Avid account was setup with an email address that I no longer have access to. I cannot log into my account because all messages are sent to the old email and I do not receive them. Until that is resolved I can't log in. I thought about setting up a new Master Account but am concerned that it will conflict with the licenses on my existing account. It has been several days since I contacted Avid but have received no response. Case #03791374

Why cant you login with your old email and password as that is just a credential, then contact Avid support by starting a ASC ticket from your account and let them know what email to send the answers to.

Thanks for responding. My account was setup a few years ago and the passwords I've tried don't work so I attempted to initiate a password reset but the email directives go to the old email which I cannot access. I have a support ticket initiated via my current email, but no response as of yet. My past experiences regarding support inquiries and seeing some of the comments here tell me it could take a long time to get a response.

I will ask support and admin supermods as they can look into this pretty quickly. It is saturday though so getting an answer from a ASC ticket might take a day or two more because of the weekend but I will check for you. Escalating now.
Please post your support ticket number here so i can send that email asap.
