Default Avid Account Deletion

I have submitted a request to have my Avid Master Account and all other information be deleted. I have done all the necessary requirements needed. My reason is I am unable to sustain my Annual Subscription of Protools paid monthly. My studio was impacted severely by the the pandemic. Nothing has changed. I have seen customers waiting after a month and more to have their request granted. Anyone from Avid seeing my request on this forum. Can you assist?

Same here as we want to change our account from personal to business, and we can do nothing but to delete current account to acheive that.

We have also submitted request to avid privacy but nothing came back since last December. Please help delete our master account so we can proceed to use the same email address to create a new one.
