PT12.5 Hangs on Quit
Every time I exit PT, I get a hang and have to then force quit.
Have fresh reinstalled, OS and PT. However, this didn't fix anything. - T

In have been experienced this since 12.3

Yes this was always the case for me,but there are different issues that cause this.
In my case its the Yamaha usb driver. Peace

PT12.5 Hangs on Quit My Fix
I've been having this problem for a long time on 11.3.1. I upgraded to 12.5.2 this morning. Still had the problem.
Fix: I then remembered that I was running in windows 8 compatibility mode. I turned it and this resolved the deadlock issue when exiting Pro Tools. Hope this helps someone. Just to be clear, I'm on windows 10. Last edited by NomadSjr; 09-05-2016 at 05:57 PM. Reason: More Info
