Xpand issues in PT10HD Windows 7

Recently I've been having issues with Xpand and the notes staying stuck.
It can happened with my session or a session sent to me. It'll work great for a bit but the next day it would stay stuck when playing. It works fine when using a different VST Instrument. I delected duplicate notes and nada. Strange.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled cleared the DAE. Im on Pro Tools 10.3.8

Btw, I can remove xpand from the instrument and reopen and select the midi channel and it'll work for a bit then it will start staying stuck.

Ok when you say unistalled . You mean the xpand , protools or both ?

Ok try try unistalling PT10HD . Delete everthing after installation ( databases and preferences ) or choose to do it in the unistalling page . Unistall Xpand and creative collectiom too . And last unistall ilok manager . Make a clean install and try again .
